Q - How do i make a booking ?

Q - Do i need to pay a deposit ?
A - Yes, there is a small deposit on each service, this will need to be paid to confirm your appointment. This will be deduce from your total quote at the end of service.
Q - What products do you retail ?
A - Eleven Australia & K18. Both brands do wonders for your hair. Eleven offers a wide range to select from to match all your at home hair need
Q - What do i do if i am not 100% satisfied ?
A - If you leave your appointment happy but then get home and feel like something is off please reach out ASAP! These things happen i completely get it. All colour/lightening services and haircuts have a one week ‘warranty’. These things can be awkward but dont worry i will be more than happy to invite you back for a complimentary adjustment !
Q - What happens if i need to cancel or reschedule my appointment ?
A - Deposits are non- refundable. All bookings will recieve a reminder text/email 3 days prior to your booking. Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking if you contact me at least 48hrs prior to your appointment . Any changes made after the 48hr window will incur the loss of your deposit. Any no shows will incur a fee of the total booking cost.
Q - Who can i bring to my appointment ?
A - Being a small boutique salon we do have limited space. I kindly ask that if you are wanting to bring a friend / family member to your appoinmtent you let me know. They are more than welcome to have a seat in our lounge area depending how busy i am & the other girls are on the day as waiting clients may need the area.
Mummas your more than welcome to bring your bubs if they are under the age of 18 months, i am more than happy to work around you and bub during your appointment weather you need to feed, change & all the little things inbetween. This is your time to relax so dont ever feel bad if your little one cries !
